Delete your account

Submit your email below to request deletion of your Mentor account. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link in that email to start the 30-day deletion process. You can cancel any time during the grace period.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, name, email, profile photo, and login data
  • Your course progress, notes, bookmarks, and Q&A activity
  • Your access to purchased courses on this account

What we keep

  • Anonymised invoices, payment records, and audit logs that we are legally required to retain
  • Anonymised consent records (no personal identifiers)

Deletion takes up to 30 days to fully process. During that window your account is hidden and cannot be used to sign in.

Already signed in? You can also delete your account directly from Settings → Account inside the app or web. For help, email support@mybeautymentors.com.
